Francesco Pio Cecca is a PhD Student at Otto von Guericke Universität, Magdeburg, Germany. His topic is on Pulsed excitation of RCs, transient field distributions, experimental and simulative approach.
During his secondary education, he participated in two international exchange programs: one at a high school in Cardona, Spain, and another at Guilford College in North Carolina, USA.
He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electronic Engineering from the Università Politecnica delle Marche in Ancona, Italy, in 2022 and 2024 respectively.
Since September 2024, through the MSCA NEPIT program, he is a PhD student at the Otto von Guericke Universität in Magdeburg, Germany.
Since 2025, he is also the Treasurer of the IEEE Student Branch of Magdeburg.
